IBM Business Partner

In 2005, Hoplon and IBM started setting up a solution to combine Hoplon's middleware technology for MMOGs and virtual worlds, called Bitverse Live, with IBM's mainframe technology. This ingenious project takes into account adding CELL processors (as in the Playstation platform) into IBM mainframes. Consequently, Bitverse-based products are capable of hosting hundreds of thousands of players interconnected and interacting simultaneously in the same 3D environment.

This technology partnership shares on-demand business, meaning servers expand as businesses succeed. Customers will have a differential for using an innovative technology at reduced costs and low risks. To get a better idea, try to imagine a movie theater being adjusted to fit the number of people in line - a new seat is instantly created for each ticket sold. Therefore, 100% of the demand is answered, without any waste.
